I like this, as well as a lot of your other things... the marker on the face adds that frightening touch that is the make of a good clown...
I do know that Betallatex makes a "Clown Head" balloon that has the bulgy nose built in, but what you've done works just as well, and setting off the color of the nose is also a nice detail.
Also, props to you for being a balloon artist and not a clown - I'm the same way, though I'm not a jester either
